WHAT ARE WE DOING TO HELP PASSENGERS AND CHAUFFEURS STAY SAFE?

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, your bookings may be affected by local regulations in terms of personal mobility and travel experience. Please check all updated information released by local authorities before you place a new online booking.

At the end of the day, March 25, 2022, the Safe Travels Hawai‘i program will conclude. Beginning March 26, 2022, there will be no COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Travelers arriving in Hawai‘i directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements; please consult with your airline.

The safety of our passengers, chauffeurs and the public is paramount to us. Therefore we have implemented the following protocol for the health and safety of everyone.

Safety

Rest assured that our Customer Service team is always available to offer you the safest and most effective private transport possible. To do so, we are closely monitoring and following the evolution of the current outbreaks in terms of mobility and public health, as well as all potential limitations that may affect your travel experience. In addition, we have activated a series of extraordinary safety and hygiene measures to guarantee the maximum standards for all of our vehicles. Your personal safety and well being is our top priority.

Chauffeurs

We require that our chauffeurs apply new preventive measures for the health and safety of themselves and our passengers. These measures include,

• Have current COVID-19 vaccination

• Self conducted temperature checks daily

• Washing hands well with disinfectant or hand sanitizer before and after each service

• Wearing of personal protective equipment such as face masks and gloves

• Have disposable face masks on board the vehicle for passenger use

• Have hand disinfectant or sanitizer on board the vehicle for passenger use

• Disinfection of vehicle interior and exterior with sanitizing wipes prior to each service

• Complete cleaning, sanitization and disinfectant fogging of the vehicle interior daily

• Complete cleaning and sanitization of the vehicle exterior daily
